Our Partnership with Headspace

Supporting Young Minds, One Doodle at a Time

We’re incredibly proud to partner with Headspace—Australia’s National Youth Mental Health Foundation—to expand the reach of Doodle Your Feelings across schools, therapy settings, and homes. Together, we’re making emotional wellbeing more accessible, creative, and child-friendly.

About Headspace

Headspace provides vital early intervention mental health services to young people, as well as support for their families and schools. With over 150 centres across Australia and a wide network of online and community services, Headspace is a leading advocate for youth mental health and emotional wellbeing.

Their focus on prevention, education, and support for young people makes them the perfect partner for Doodle Your Feelings—a program built on the belief that emotions are easier to manage when we learn to recognise, explore, and express them creatively.

What the Partnership Brings

With Headspace’s guidance and insight, we’re working to ensure that the tools, language, and activities in Doodle Your Feelings are:

  • Aligned with best practices in child development and mental health

  • Safe and supportive for all children, regardless of background or learning needs

  • Designed to gently open up conversations about big feelings

  • A bridge between creativity and emotional education in everyday environments

Whether they’re drawing a feeling, journaling with colours, or doodling through a tough day, our program offers kids an outlet and adults a way to connect with them.

Where You’ll Find Us Together

Thanks to our partnership, you’ll see Doodle Your Feelings woven into:

  • Primary classrooms – as part of wellbeing and arts-based learning programs

  • Therapy spaces – to support child psychologists, play therapists, and counsellors

  • Parent workshops – giving families tools for emotional literacy at home

  • Digital platforms – via Headspace’s national youth and family resource network

Together, we’re working to create spaces where feelings are welcomed, explored, and understood—through both art and empathy.

A Shared Mission

At the heart of this collaboration is a shared commitment:
To nurture mentally healthy, resilient children through early, creative emotional support.

Headspace brings decades of clinical knowledge and community trust. Doodle Your Feelings brings joyful, expressive tools that speak the language of children.

By combining strengths, we’re helping young minds thrive—one doodle at a time.
