How to Do It:
Ask your child: If your emotions gave you a superpower, what would it be?
Have them create a superhero based on a feeling (e.g., “Brave Bolt” for confidence, “Calm Cloud” for peace).
Draw their superhero and describe their powers.

What helps you stay in control of this power?
